Presentation rules

Oral sessions – Conference laptop with MS-Office and Adobe Acrobat Reader will be provided for oral presentations. Speakers should bring their presentations file(s) on a USB key to upload them on the provided laptop. To ensure smooth transition between presentations during the conference sessions, presenters are asked to pre-load and test their presentations files onto the laptop. Please allow time prior to your session begins to ensure your presentation is running smoothly. No other programs then Microsoft Powerpoint or Adobe Acrobat (not preferred) are allowed. The total time for Lectures is 15 minutes including questions and discussion.

Poster sessions – Max A0 Posters can be put on the poster boards since morning Monday, 15 September and will be posted until evening Monday, 15 September. Posters will be exhibited on boards marked with the assigned poster reference number specified in this conference program booklet. Authors are requested to use only the boards corresponding to their posters and to remove their posters after the session.
